Inner Alchemy 3 Night Retreat - Tasmania 2027

There are places that invite us to slow down. To step away from the familiar rhythms of everyday life, breathe a little deeper and remember what it feels like to simply be..

Nestled within the natural beauty of Tasmania, at Sherwood Loves in Buckland, we invite you to join us for three nights of movement, stillness, ritual and connection.

Thoughtfully woven with yoga, meditation, sound healing, moments of reflection and space to simply be, Inner Alchemy is an invitation to journey inward, soften beneath the layers of doing and reconnect with what matters.

A space to rest, explore, connect and experience the quiet magic that unfolds when we give ourselves permission to pause.
